I asked for the rims to be touched up and to my amazement, they look brand new! I paid cash while remaining under my budget for the car I desired. I was accidentally billed for Rhode Island sales tax when I am a Massachusetts resident. However, this was amended by a reimbursement check that i received a few days after my vehicle purchase. Bayo sent me a follow up call about a week after my purchase to see how I like the car, which I love. This simple gesture solidifies the fact that he cares about 100% customer satisfaction. 5/5 More

Absolutely horrific customer service. Scheduled a maintenance appointment in July for 2 days in October. 2 simple questions that I wanted addressed. Was told when I booked, and again when I dropped the car off that it would take 1-2 days. On day 7 I had still not heard a thing. I called to find out that no one had even looked at the vehicle yet. I was given an excuse that the holiday (1 day) was the reason it wasn’t done. At the end of the day I came to pickup the car. Only 1 of the 2 concerns had been addressed and was not resolved.. I was charged $150 for “labor”. Absolutely scammed by a company that does not care at all about customer service. Tasca wasted my time, my money. Will never buy or have a car serviced again from this dealer. More
