It just seems to me that you put your personnel above your customers. I called on the car before it even arrived on the lot and was told I'd receive a call as soon as it arrived. Two days later, photos of the car on the lot had been taken and posted on the website. When I called again, Lou said he'd call back in five minutes. Fifteen minutes later, he calls back to tell me the car has been sold to one of your mechanics. I don't know for sure what went on, but I assume during that time, he went to the mechanic to find out if he actually wanted to buy the car. Shouldn't I have had first rights, especially since I inquired before your mechanic even saw the car? I was not called when the car arrived, and I was lied to when Lou said the car was never on the lot. Not a good way to do business, in my opinion. I'm disappointed, as this MKS was the color and options I wanted at a price I could afford.

It is pretty loaded with voice activate navigation system, 20 inch wheels, dual panel moonroof, and premium wood accent package. It is aggressively priced online already at $22,885. While there isn't much room in that price, I am sure that I can offer you a discount. I'd also like to offer you an extended service plan at a strong discount, should you choose to select one for this vehicle.
