Your sales manager was very rude and insulting. He said to the salesman who was helping me "I'm not very happy with this customer", then he came out of his office and said to me "I'm going to fire you as a to the salesman who was helping me "I'm not very happy with this customer", then he came out of his office and said to me "I'm going to fire you as a customer". This was all due to a used car that I had purchased and requested some repairs on. I ended up returning the car for a refund because he refused the repairs. I probably would have purchased a new car if these repairs could not be done under the warranty. But not after the way I had been treated. More
I purchased a used 2010 Nissan Altima SL from Tasca in Cranston on February 17, 2012. The financing guy was awesome he was able to get another bank to take the loan at a lower intrest rate. Now on to the bad, I noticed some vibration coming from the front while driving on the highway. I called tasca service and brought my car in on 3/15/12 to have it checked. I spent 5 hours waiting since i do not live close. They said all it was were the wheels needed to be balanced. Which took several times because I spent 5 hours there. While waiting for my car I seen my salesman Eric and was told to contact him if I had any further issues. So I leave and head home and feel the same vibration and have noticed uneven tire tread wear. I call Eric the following day and he tells me to bring it back in on 3/22/12 and he will supply me with a rental and have the problem taking care off. I receive a call on 3/23/12 from David at service and he tells me it a characteristic of the car. So I mention the uneven tread wear which he agrees there is. I tell him i want the tires replaced and he tells me he needs authorization. So I leave the salesman a message and don't hear back. So here goes the next day (3/24)I still dont get a call from Eric so I call him. He told me he hadn't heard anything so I pass along what I was told. He told me he will look into it. I picked my car up that day and nothing had been done about it after spending 2 days there. I loved my purchase experience but am upset my issue is being ignored and unresolved. I emailed my salesman 3 days ago and never got a response or a follow up call from anyone. I feel as though the slogan "you will be satisfied" is not my case. Due to the balance being off and the uneven tread wear my tires should have been replaced. However not the case and I have gotten no where and am not happy about it at all. More

They honestly worked with us to get a great deal on a used truck that wasn't even a brand they sold. They treated us the same as the people buying the showroom floor cars. Bought a 2010 ford fusion sport that has had tremendous front end problems. Has had new ball joints, control arms, steering column realignment, now tie rods. I've owned the vehicle about a year it just hit front end problems. Has had new ball joints, control arms, steering column realignment, now tie rods. I've owned the vehicle about a year it just hit the 50,000 mile mark. The car has always pulled to the right side, had a grinding noise on hard right turns, and significant vibration on the highway. It took three visits to find a bubble in the front tire less than a week after purchase, and I was told they didn't hear a grinding.. Until of course they replaced the tire with the bubble and saw that the tire was rubbing on the inner wheel well. The car was kept for more than a week as they tried to find the problem. After it was "fixed" I still had nose and vibration from the right side of the vehicle.. They found no problems.. Now once again components for the right front wheel need to be replaced and it's now coming 100% out of pocket since it is no longer under factory warranty... Clearly this was an existing issue. Terrible service. It should never take more than one visit to find so many problems. The vehicle never should have been sold in the condition it was in to begin with. More

I had an appointment in the service department and ambled over to the sales department in November to take a look at the new Volvos. Ron Desilva was very courteous and offered to discuss the different choice over to the sales department in November to take a look at the new Volvos. Ron Desilva was very courteous and offered to discuss the different choices with me. After a thorough explanation, I considered buying a Volvo. Within the month, I purchased a 2012 Volvo XC60. Ron was very helpful in wrapping up the transaction, along with Bob in the finance area. Ron oriented me to the features of the car and spent time to be sure I felt safe and comfortable in driving it home. I made another appointment on a Saturday in January to gain more confidence in the driving of the vehicle and setting up the Bluetooth. Ron was professional and courteous in providing me with the required information and patient in his demonstration to me of the skills I needed to develop. Thanks to him, I feel more secure and enjoy driving of the new Volvo XC60 with more assurance of safe and confident driving. He offered further follow-up as needed. Thank you for this experience.
