From the moment my husband and I arrived on Tasca's lot we were treated extremely well by Eric. He did what we asked. It may sound simplistic but most people "dread" walking onto a car lot. Most of the time you're overwhemled by the next salesperson waiting to pounce. Not at Tasca. Eric was there when we needed him and when we needed time alone he wasn't, just like magic! We enjoyed the 4 hours it took to decide which Ford we wanted through making the deal happen. Even had a couple pieces of Pizza. Our overall experience at Tasca was stress free and effortless. Let me tell you of my experience shopping for a Ford Escape. I live close to Flood Ford so I went there with my x plan price. At first I looked at a used 2010. The price was more than what I could buy a new 2011. After waiting twenty minutes for a salesman to help me, I told him I had the xplan. He quickly said thay couldn't help me. That they didn't have any of those cars. Maybe he could order me one. I asked him if he sold cars there. He told me he didn't like my attitude. I left. I drove right to Tasca Ford. I was greeted by Carmine. Told him I was looking for an Escape and I had the x plan. Carmines response was "great! Lets go look at the Escapes and pick the one you like". Carmine was great he guided me thru the whole process. Buying a car with him was an easy pleasant experience. We liked him so much my wife looked at the Fusion and plans to buy one this spring. More

This was my first time buying a car on my own. I was extremely excited to get my car after my previous car had broken down. Tasca Ford made me feel as though I was incompetent and I had no idea what I w extremely excited to get my car after my previous car had broken down. Tasca Ford made me feel as though I was incompetent and I had no idea what I was talking about. They took almost week after recieving the funds for my vehicle, to give me the keys. When I would call and ask questions it took me calling back multiple times to receive an answer. It has been almost a month since I have purchased my vehicle and I have still not received my vehicles registration, which is something the dealership was supposed to have done. I will never go back to Tasca nor will I reccomend it to anyone in the area. I spent entirely to much money having to rent cars because I was not given mine when I was told I would. Terrible service, made my first car buying experience MISERABLE!! More

I visited your dealership with my 17 year old daughter. I visited your dealership with my 17 year old daughter. She was starting college this fall and I wanted to purchase a newer (new or used) vehicle I visited your dealership with my 17 year old daughter. She was starting college this fall and I wanted to purchase a newer (new or used) vehicle for her than the 1999 Ford Explorer she'd been driving for over a year. My daughter had only one condition; the vehicle had to be blue. We were greeted at the door and asked if we needed any assistance. We answered "no thanks, just looking" and were left alone to browse at our leisure. We looked at all the new car models inside and out, and thought we would probably be leaning towards a used vehicle. After about 30 minutes we had some questions and went back to the reception desk and asked for someone to assist us. Hector came out within just a few seconds. He introduced himself to us and we explained we were looking for a vehicle, our price range and of course Monique's condition that the vehicle be blue. Hector's appearance was neat, clean and well groomed. He was smiling and very friendly towards us. Hector and I talked for a few minutes and we agreed that we should probably concentrate on a used vehicle. Hector took us outside and we looked at and test drove (2) vehicles. We worked the numbers and finally concluded that we unfortunately could not come to an agreement. My daughter and I left, but were satisfied that we had been treated fairly, there was no animosity, we just could not agree at a price. In my email inbox a few days later I received a $200.00 coupon from Tasca towards a new or used vehicle, if we would return to the dealership on one of the following 2 weekends. After talking with my daughter about the financial part of buying a vehicle, we returned to Tasca and Hector met us outside. We were happy to see him and I asked if he could get our information from the previous weekend. Hector retrieved our paperwork and we resumed our negotiations. I showed him the coupon I had received. One of the 2 vehicles my daughter liked was already sold, the other was still there. We reworked the numbers with Hector, including the $200.00 coupon and $800.00 cash I brought and we agreed on the purchase of a 2009 Ford Focus. My daughter was happy, I was happy and I know Hector was happy for us. My daughter drove the vehicle home that day. She couldn't wait to show her grandparents and friends her new, blue car. She actually smiled the whole afternoon at the dealership. In closing, let me say this; I recently retired from over 31 years of military service. I have supervised many personnel in my years as a leader. I believe Hector Diaz-Negron to be an honest, hard working and fair minded sales consultant. Because of his demeanor, I will refer as many of my friends and family members as I am able. His patience and "stick to it" attitude reminded me of some of the traits and characteristics that I looked for in my Soldiers. His diligence and patience may have been tested, but he persevered; he worked our numbers for more than a few hours on (2) separate days to ensure we were completely satisfied with our experience. Hector was completely thorough in his duties; he was the consummate professional and even brought us to both the service and parts areas. Both my daughter and I will be pleased to continue our relationship with Tasca because of Hector. Please commend him on his exceptional performance of duties. Thank you. George E.
