Ron DaSilva spent a lot of time with me to assure me that I would be happy with my purchase of a new Volvo. He also helped with arrangements for our trip to Sweden to the Volvo plant. NEVER a major mechanical issue, just bought another new Mazda 3 a one year old to rplace the son's hand me down, Mazda 6 and a dying GM van (same mileage, 101K as the like new Mazda 6) We felt good about the price all three times, first purchase in Cranston, Tasca family member stayed with me 1 1/2 hours after close IN A SNOW STORM to find right car that fit tight budget and last two cars from Seekonk, closer to home now. Entire staff has been great. AS a 20+ year sales professional, i can honestly say that great service is easy to recognize. More
we are not satisfied at all we purchased the vehicle last thursday evening we both worked friday and saturday sunday we took the vehicle to the supermarket and there was no air conditioning it was broken the thursday evening we both worked friday and saturday sunday we took the vehicle to the supermarket and there was no air conditioning it was broken then we were checking out the vehicle and noticed the doors on the drivers side front and rear had been repainted and didnt match the rest of the vehicle first thing monday we took it back to the dealership we talked to patricia who was very nice we told her about the a/c she said service would look at it right away which they did we also showed her the doors even she said it was obvious the doors had been repainted or replaced she said they would repaint them to match better for the ac there was a freon leak and had to order th part so we figured while they had to order the part and the doors had to be repainted why not schedule it right away we asked if they had a vehicle we could use patricia said yes well come to find out its a rental vehicle which would cost us 17 dollars a day for insurance which we opted not to get but we are to afraid to drive the vehicle so nothing can happen to it and we thought we were buying a vehicle that had a clean carfax report well obviously that report is not correct seing that the doors were repainted or replaced not sure if its been in an accident but we feel it probably was we are not happy at all we cant believe that no one at tasca noticed the doors and that tasca would actually sell a vehicle like that we are just glad we noticed right away we are hopeful the work they do on the vehicle is excellent because were not sure we want the vehicle anymore im sure you would feel the same way if you were in our shoes because we didnt think we were buying a vehicle that more than likely was involved in an accident More

TRUCK WAS "INSPECTED" YET A FEW DAYS LATTER I HAD TO CHANGE THE TORN WINDSHIELD WIPERS. MAKES ME WONDER IF ANYTHING AT ALL WAS CHECKED BEFORE THE INSPECTION STICKER WAS PUT ON. ALSO WOULD IT HAVE HAD TO CHANGE THE TORN WINDSHIELD WIPERS. MAKES ME WONDER IF ANYTHING AT ALL WAS CHECKED BEFORE THE INSPECTION STICKER WAS PUT ON. ALSO WOULD IT HAVE BEEN A BIG DEAL TO REPLACE THE MISSING DRIVERS SIDE FLOOR MAT? I DID NOT NOTICE IT WAS MISSING UNTIL I REMOVED THE PAPER MAT USED TO PROTECT THE CARPET. More
THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WAS LESS DAUNTING THAN I EXPECTED. WE WERE FIRST ASKED WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR IN BOTH PRICE AND PRAYMENTS. LOU MASELLO, OUR SALES ASSOCIATE, THEN GUIDED US THROUGH AN INVENTORY OF WE WERE FIRST ASKED WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR IN BOTH PRICE AND PRAYMENTS. LOU MASELLO, OUR SALES ASSOCIATE, THEN GUIDED US THROUGH AN INVENTORY OF VEHICLES THAT FIT THOSE CRITERIA. I WAS SURPRISED BY HIS KNOWELDGE OF EACH CAR WE CONSIERED. HE WAS ALWAYS READY TO OBTAIN A KEY SO THAT WE MIGHT GET A FIT WITHIN THE VEHICLE, AND TOOK AS MUCH TIME AS WE NEEDED TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS. WHEN WE PICKED UP OUR CAR, HE WAS PARTICULARLY CAREFUL THAT WE KNOW THE VARIOUS ASPECTS OF DRIVING THE VEHICLE. THUS, I FELT QUITE COMFORTABLE WHEN I BEGAN TO DRIVE THE EDGE. Alex was the best sales man I have ever worked with.
