I brought my 2017 Fusion in for service, and had been set up in the "Quick Lane" area. Chris realized that this was not appropriate and immediately arranged for my service to be performed in the regular ser up in the "Quick Lane" area. I am updating my original 5 star review to a 1. I was so exceptionally happy with the patience and kindness of both the salesman (Devin) and (Rob) finance man at this location. However, the after sale custo exceptionally happy with the patience and kindness of both the salesman (Devin) and (Rob) finance man at this location. However, the after sale customer service has been NOT so stellar. I will only give back the great review if my email tomorrow is answered (previous ones were not) and if I get help with the nightmare extended warranty issues.
