"Decent experience "

My car seems to be good as new since it got serviced; however, I was waiting for more than 2.5 hours for it to be done. Customers coming in after me were told the wait was 1 or 1.5 hours, so I have no idea why I waited almost three. I ended up needing lunch at the cafe and I had to ask an employee how much more I’d be waiting. No explanation was offered to me about why I was waiting so long. I was not to happy that I wasted three hours sitting down when the employee on the phone said an hour and other people around me were being serviced faster than I was.

"30,000 mile service for my 2016 Ford Focus"

I had the service performed at the QuickLane at Tasca Cranston. The details were explained to me. The service was completed in a little more than 2 hours. The car is running like new. The waiting area made it easy for me to do some work while I waited. Coffee is great!
