Brought my car in to the Quick Lane for routine service, and pre-winter check up. As it happened, it was a holiday afternoon, and they weren't sure it could be completed by closing, as there were other cars ahead of me.
They asked if they could keep it overnight, and offered a ride home and pick-up the next day if I could. Sure could! Made it all possible to get it done that day. Eric reviewed the record of what had been done to the car, how long ago, and made some suggestions of what did---and did not---have to be done this time.
When I signed on to my computer the next morning, a few minutes after I got up, there was an e-mail telling me what had been done. That was fast! Eric called a little while later to confirm the work, and arrange a pick-up time at my convenience. The ride arrived in a timely fashion, and I was back home in about a half hour.
Excellent service all around.
I always take my car to Tasca for service, even after the warranty ended. I like their work, and love that they have the complete record of what has been done. They keep my car in tip-top condition.
And they always treat me like a queen.
