Mike Wilson was the mechanic who worked on my car personally the whole job he did an excellent job Very happy now the car is running like brand new. The Tasca service department, while doing good work, leaves a bit to be desired where communication and customer service are concerned, so Don has helped straighten a few things out for me several times. This review only pertains to Mazda service. This was my first time using Mazda service. I brought my Mazda CX-5 in for an oil & filter change. I noticed before bringing my car in that the coo This was my first time using Mazda service. I brought my Mazda CX-5 in for an oil & filter change. I noticed before bringing my car in that the coolant bottle level was about 3-4 inches below the Low line indicator. Also the rear window squirter was just dribbling down the window. I mentioned to the service writer that I wanted oil & filter, check and top off all fluids and address the rear window squirter. The good: The service tech created a great video about the things he checked that were fine and also advised a couple of things that I should consider having serviced. He did the oil change and topped off my window washer fluid. The service writer printed out my receipt and also what parts of the factory warranty that were still in effect and checked for any recalls. The bad: The coolant level wasn't addressed nor was the dribbling rear window squirter. I guess I can sum up my service experience as disappointing. More

TASCA Ford Truck Service. Rick Borrelli, Service Advisor Dwayne, Service Technician Both were very helpful and nice to work with. The issue was with the trailer hitch e Rick Borrelli, Service Advisor Dwayne, Service Technician Both were very helpful and nice to work with. The issue was with the trailer hitch electrical on a Winnebago EKKO on a 2021 Ford Transit 350. Dwayne diagnosed the issue as a bad wire harness from the battery junction box to the trailer hitch plug. This wire harness was installed by Winnebago. Dwayne helped greatly by sitting with us in a call to Winnebago Customer Service and explaining his findings. Previously Winnebago pointed at Ford but Dwayne’s explanation clearly pointed to Winnebago. Winnebago is now addressing the issue more than they did before. Thanks you Rick and Dwayne. My latest purchase began with Amber who help locate internet options and helped by supplying some needed documents that were needed. Cannon Brian was my sales rep who obviously enjoyed his work. A good listener and ready to answer any questions that I had. Altogether a very positive experience from start to finish. More
