When I recently called for service I was on a tight schedule and I related my issue to the service rep. He understood my problem and got me in and out of the service well within the time frame that I had available to me. I deeply appreciate his actions since I would not have been able to schedule the service until three weeks in the future. More
Warranty repair done right. Service Advisor Jack took great care of the tire issue on my new Sierra. Had a shake on a 1 week old Sierra that felt like one of my tires were out of Service Advisor Jack took great care of the tire issue on my new Sierra. Had a shake on a 1 week old Sierra that felt like one of my tires were out of balance. Service tech found the the problem to be 1 or more defective tires. As the tires were purchased from Dick Norris, they provided warranty replacement of defective piece. Since tires were not available for a couple days they also provided a loaner vehicle to use. This is the way new car service should be handled. More

We came upon Dick Norris of Clearwater and ended up with the BEST EVER PERSON, Last Monday afternoon, we were surfing the internet looking for a car. We came upon Dick Norris of Clearwater and ended up with the BEST EVER PERSON, Kevin Minto. Within a few hours, thanks to Kevin we had agreed to purchase a Buick Encore, without even seeing it. Kevin is the upmost professional with a great sense of humor. Tuesday morning we were at Dick Morris, where we met more of the crew...from Joe to Dan to Sammy. Everyone was just GREAT and FUN!!!
