Since 2019, I have had the pleasure with EXCELLENT customer service from Dick Norris which is now Tasca Dealership. The exceptional service I have received are from the following individuals. Mike Bennett, David with the goatee, Luke, and Toby service manager. All of these gentlemen have provided me with extraordinary customer service. All of them were professional, upbeat, funny, and overall honest. In this particular time in life, it is hard to feel comfortable with so many people/companies taking advantage of others. I have never felt that way with this team at this dealership. They always told me what I would need in the future to budget myself for the next repair. My 2008 Buick Lacrosse CXL lasted for 208,000 same engine because of these guys and the techs as well. I no longer have the Lacrosse because she served her purpose since 2014 with my family. If I find a another great deal on a GM product, then I promise you this dealership will receive my business. Thank yo uALL for everything you have done for me and my Lacrosse. I recently visited Tasca GMC Clearwater for a recall on my 2021 truck. During the recall, something was mishandled, causing a malfunction that required a part to be ordered. Although I could still use my truck during the wait, the situation was extremely inconvenient, especially since I rely on my truck for my business and lifestyle as a full-time RVer. I want to make it absolutely clear that the staff at Tasca GMC — specifically Mike in service and Wes in sales — were beyond great. Their professionalism, communication, and willingness to help were top-notch. My experience with the dealership itself was positive, and I have no complaints about their efforts. However, I was placed in a very difficult situation that was ultimately caused by GMC as a corporation, not the dealership. I was given only 48 hours to decide whether to continue waiting indefinitely for a part that might never arrive or trade my truck in and purchase a new one. Unfortunately, my credit wasn’t at its best, as I had no plans of purchasing a new vehicle at that time. GMC would not approve me for financing at the more reasonable 5.9% interest rate that had been discussed. I ended up trading in my 2021 truck, on which I owed only $29,000, and taking on a $92,000 loan at an 11.8% interest rate — a significant increase from the 7% I had been paying. This situation left me with an unexpected and heavy financial burden. While I am grateful for the outstanding service provided by Mike, Wes, and the Tasca team, I believe GMC as a corporation needs to take a serious look at how situations like mine are handled so no other customer is forced into such an unfair position. More

Luke, David, and Toby are awesome! ! They ( on top of the service techs) are the reason why I bring my old Buick from Tampa to Clearwater for service. I have been coming to this dealers ! They ( on top of the service techs) are the reason why I bring my old Buick from Tampa to Clearwater for service. I have been coming to this dealership since 2019. I have had no problems with anyone. They honest, funny, and professional. I can say that when it is time to pay for the services I received for my car I TRULY feel it was the best price for the services required to keep my car running. I have never felt like they have taken advantage of me at all. They even go the extra mile by telling me what I will need in the near future, but not right now so I can save up for the next repair. I usually deal with Nick, but he was out for a bit, so Luke took care of me. I came in for an oil change but also mentioned my breaks sounded odd. Luke said they will look at them. Went in to have my computer checked as my battery died and I couldn't connect my phone or voice recognition. I was told to bring it in today, which I did. But the portion of my warranty that covers that and I couldn't connect my phone or voice recognition. I was told to bring it in today, which I did. But the portion of my warranty that covers that has expired, so the young lady told me it would be $235.00 and some change to DIAGNOSE WHAT WAS WRONG. I questioned "it is 235.00 to tell me what is wrong?" She said yes. I have never heard of this in my life. Charging just to tell you what is wrong, and then who knows what the service fee would be to fix whatever the problem was. Of course I said no. Seems like a bit of a scam. Usually, you send something to get fixed, they tell you THEN what the problem is and how much to fix it. This is double dipping on their part. Very nice people there and helpful but really? More
