We had a very good experience at this dealership, being well taken care of by Julian. He listened to all of our needs and wants and showed us what was available without ever pressuring us to buy. It was s well taken care of by Julian. He listened to all of our needs and wants and showed us what was available without ever pressuring us to buy. It was so nice to feel like we were actually making the decisions and weren’t just buying a car to fill somebody’s quota. He was energetic and helpful throughout the whole process, answering our questions and showing us all the details about the car we were interested in. The only reason we gave four stars instead of five is because we wish we could have worked a better deal on the price, but this was handled by Julian’s manager. A nice guy but also a businessman. We did expect negotiation, and felt like in the end the deal we got was still a good one. More

An Exceptional Car-Buying Experience at Tasca Clearwater Buying a vehicle has never been my favorite experience, so I was genuinely surprised by how enjoyable and stress-free our recent purcha Clearwater Buying a vehicle has never been my favorite experience, so I was genuinely surprised by how enjoyable and stress-free our recent purchase at Tasca Clearwater turned out to be. From Jacqueline’s first call, to Dillon’s leadership, Cameron’s product knowledge and genuine care, and Johnny’s professionalism, every interaction was thoughtful, transparent, and respectful. We never felt pressured or treated like a transaction. We felt heard, valued, and genuinely cared for. What impressed us most came after the sale. When a potential tire issue required additional inspection, the team immediately took ownership. Even though it was late on a Sunday, they arranged a courtesy vehicle, coordinated the inspection and repair with BMW, and kept us informed until our vehicle was ready. Their guiding principle was simple: “It’s the right thing to do.” That says everything!! Exceptional customer experiences don't happen by accident. They reflect strong leadership, great people, thoughtful training, and a culture built around integrity and respect. Tasca Clearwater should be incredibly proud of Jacqueline, Dillon, Cameron, Johnny, and the entire team. We walked in expecting to purchase a vehicle and walked out feeling like we had been treated like friends. If anyone asks us where they should purchase a vehicle in Florida, our answer is unequivocal: Tasca Clearwater. Thank you to the entire team for exceeding every expectation and reminding us what truly exceptional customer service looks like. #TascaClearwater #BMW #CustomerService #ExceptionalExperience #Leadership #Integrity More

Deja Caulk was amazing! She not only showed us what we were looking for but she also gave us some similar suggestions and believe or not we went with one of those instead.
