We weren’t actually planning on buying a new vehicle because we genuinely love our 2024 GMC Yukon XL AT4 and were perfectly happy keeping it for many more years. We were only willing to consider upgrading if the numbers made sense. Roman took the time to listen to what was important to us rather than simply trying to sell us the most expensive vehicle. We looked at several different options, including a Denali Ultimate, but ultimately decided that the 2026 Yukon XL AT4 was the best fit for our family. What I appreciated most was Roman’s willingness to work with us on the numbers. We went back and forth quite a bit, and he continued to work with us until we reached a deal that made sense. He was always responsive to my questions, never made me feel rushed, and was very straightforward throughout the process. Buying a vehicle can be stressful, especially when you’re trading in a vehicle you already love, but Roman made the experience enjoyable and comfortable. I truly felt like he wanted to earn our business rather than just make a sale.
