We recently bought a used vehicle from another dealer on the west coast of Florida. We had an issue with the passenger side headlight not leveling. Tasca is our local Cadillac Dealer/service center. The headlight assembly was replaced under warranty with no cost to us. The service center was great. No issues at all. Greg was very helpful and friendly. The service required us to leave the vehicle till the next day while they waited for parts. Service was completed earlier than expected the next day. The shuttle service they provide was great as well. More

Recently bought a GMC Canyon, the salesman Randy was very helpful and knowledgeable on the truck. He set up all the tech as I wanted it without having to go home and watch videos or read manuals. Started emailing with Jaclyn Adamson, I must of changed my appointment 10x. Jaclyn never had an issue and would respond in a timely manner. Probably one of the biggest reasons I went there. When I did finally arrive, I was met by Ron Wilcox. Absolute pleasure to talk to. Even tho I was looking to purchase a used vehicle that was not at all from their fleet. He acted like it was and treated me with the upmost respect, even after I having him A ridiculous low offer at first lol. In the end, he made me happy and I think I made him happy. Could of bought that same exact car at 8 other dealerships. I drove 3 hours to look at that car. My experience was well worth the drive. More
