Overall, pretty laid-back and easy to do business with I came in on a low mileage pre-owned vehicle that was priced a bit below everything else I found on the web near Melbourne or Orlando. I got paired with up Charles Ayen who is not a "pressure" type personality (thank you), so my comfort level was good and he sort of got the price near where I wanted to be, so I'm pretty happy with the deal. Bruce Hill covered the finance and I was also quite happy with his process of going over the documents and getting me on my way fairly quickly. All in all, a good experience. Just one note to upper management...you might want to test drive your internet inquiry process as it felt like I was communicating with a Bot and not a human. I almost didn't come in ;-) More
