This was our first time going to Tasca Buick. Román greeted us outside and took his time with us showing us several models. We went inside per his request because it was so hot outside. He brought the vehicles we were very interested in to the front door with the AC’s on. While we were waiting, other staff members offered us water and they were all very personable. Once we chose the vehicle we purchased Román went above and beyond to make the whole experience as pleasant as possible.
