The dealership had a used BMW I was interested in, but I was 600 miles away from the dealership. Both the sales manager, Ron, and salesman, Justin, did a great job in communication with me, working through was 600 miles away from the dealership. I requested many details before arranging for a site visit of the car. Their response was quick and thorough. I caught a flight into Melbourne to evaluate and possible purchase the car in person. Upon my arrival the car was ready for my inspection, exactly as requested. I found no major surprises after my inspection of the car and purchase the BMW. So, from my experience of purchasing a used car from this dealership, they did a great job in finding a quality used car, presented honestly, settled on a fair purchase price and made closing on the purchase quick and easy!
