it's been a great experience dealing with Joe Cappello at Dick Norris Buick, GMC. I did my basic shopping on the internet and contacted several dealers in the area. Joe replied to my inquiry and was the most professional and knowledgeable representative I had spoken to. After contacting me on the phone, Joe and I discussed exactly what I wanted in a new vehicle. We then set up an appointment to visit the dealership. To my surprise, when my wife and I got to the dealership to look the vehicles over, Joe had set aside exactly what we were looking for and it was parked right in front of the dealership all shined up. Joe and I discussed the vehicle which is a GMC Terrain and My wife and I decided that this was the vehicle we were looking for. We purchased the Terrain without any pressure from Joe. After the purchase, the follow up work was also completed pleasently by David Mulder who is the business manager and Joe. At no time was there any pressure to buy or to add extras. I highly recommend Dick Norris GMC Buick and the staff working there. Joe brings over 35 years experience to the plate and David also brings many years of experience. I had been truck shopping for a few days and had been to tow other chevrolet dealers and had a deal in place at one. Then while driving down US 19 in Palm Harbor i noticed a GMC Sierra at Dick Norris GMC. I tow other chevrolet dealers and had a deal in place at one. Then while driving down US 19 in Palm Harbor i noticed a GMC Sierra at Dick Norris GMC. I decided to check it out. I was pleasantly surprised that the truck was comparably priced with the Silverado. Then Dan walked out of the dealership and asked if he could help me. From that point on everything went so smoothly. He worked at getting the price i wanted and the Sales manager Steve worked at getting more for my trade in (which was a 2007 Silverado). From start to finish everything was so nice. After i decided to purchase a new GMC Sierra and when i picked it up the owner Dick Norris came over and thanked me personally for my business. Dan took me on a tour of the dealership and introduced me to the service people and the after market people and the office staff. He walked me through all of the details about my truck and everything went well. I love my truck and am very impressed about everything at Dick Norris. If you ever go there for anything they have soft serve ice cream in the customer lounge for free.....go figure.!!! I would recommend this dealership to anyone considering a new vehicle. Anytime I bring my SUV in for service, I am always treated like gold. They are always very hones about what I need for my vehicle and take the time to explain everything even though I ask a lot of que treated like gold. I also have received a courtesy vehicle to drive when my vehicle has been in there for an extended period of time on a couple of occasions. They also remodeled their service waiting area and it is beautiful - lots of comfortable leather couches, multiple TVs and hot coffee. The owners of the dealership are there often so you have a lot of security knowing that they care about their store enough to be there. I know I have gone to other dealers before and the faces always change. I have been buying and servicing my vehicles at Dick Norris for years and I wouldn't go anywhere else! More
