I highly recommend this Dealership. I have never been to a this dealership before now. Everyone here goes out of their way to give a customized and positive experience to their customer I have never been to a this dealership before now. My salesman was Jeff Carballo who was very personable and really tries to create a good rapport with his clients. He was not in a hurry and spent all the time I needed to explain the new car lease that I was interested in. I have to admit since I had never been here before, I was concerned that I would not have the same experience as I have had at their sister Dealership in Clearwater. The Clearwater dealership has been the home of my last 3 leases and I had come to be familiar with that staff. I did have an issue with the new lease that I drove home and contacted them 2 days later. This entire team (Sales and Finance) worked together to resolve the issue in a quick manner and to the resolution that I was hoping for. Each person in each department that I talked to was hyper focused on my satisfaction. They have also followed up with me just to ensure everything was okay with the new lease. I will definitely service my new leased vehicle here as well. More
