Sure do miss Max in service dept. This experience was with body shop which took longer than was told it would and no contact until I reached out. Totally disappointed In how they care about their customers once you have signed on the dotted line. My grown daughter purchased a car there just 3 weeks ago. She bought a 2019 with 12,000 miles on i customers once you have signed on the dotted line. My grown daughter purchased a car there just 3 weeks ago. She bought a 2019 with 12,000 miles on it. They gave her two Key Fobs, when she went to try the 2nd one the other day, It does not work at all. Also, her tire pressure light kept coming on and she researched it and found today there is a nail in it. When I called them to tell them about both things, and she bought a very expensive warranty in addition to the one they claimed came with it. It was pretty much, nope, too bad, can't help you, bye. Very bad customer service in my opinion. Just 3 weeks ago, it was sitting on their lot. I would not recommend them to anyone who wants to find integrity in their dealership. You will not get it here!!! More
