Purchased a used 2020 Inifiniti QX80 in April of 2021 from this dealership. I live out of state and the salesman I worked with was fantastic. It is now more than 5+ months since I purchased this vehicle and the dealership has not licensed the vehicle in my state. The title clerk has failed 3 times to send me additional temp tags, so my vehicle goes past expiration on temporary tags each month. I've spoken with management and they claim the delay is because they use a third party for licensing. I understood that process, and just wanted to make it clear that I need new temporary tags PRIOR to the current month expiring. They have failed again for the third to to provide this. If you are purchasing a vehicle from out of state find another dealership. This dealership will give you the runaround for half a year or longer with delays in getting you tags. More

I have been with Dick Norris ever since they opened this dealership. The Norris family and their extended family (meaning the employees) have always been honest and friendly .
