This is the first time I've been disappointed by this dealership. I waited 5 hours for my oil change and horn to be fixed. Do you think that during that time someone would come and tell me that I need a dealership. I waited 5 hours for my oil change and horn to be fixed. Do you think that during that time someone would come and tell me that I need a new battery and windshield wipers? No. My service agent Tammy waited to tell me this at 5:30pm when she came to tell me my car was finished. I've been going to Dick Norris for YEARS and have never had something like this happen. Extremely disappointing. Now I have to take more time out of my day to address this when both issues could easily have been addressed while I was at the dealership. More

I recently had my Birthday - my family was flying in from Ct. and Michigan - I said they could use my car! It wouldn"t start. After numerous visits AAA - I called Max and he said tow it in and he'd c from Ct. and Michigan - I said they could use my car! It wouldn"t start. After numerous visits AAA - I called Max and he said tow it in and he'd check it out. He did an excellent job but it was an electrical problem and took time to repair but repair he did. My family had to rent a car but thanks to Max he checked the car over had it in tip top shape for me and we able to pick it up for me on 3 days before they left( He charged the motor and cleaned it and checked it over thoroughly!
