After waiting about 3 hours for a 97,500 service the service team informed me I needed rear brake pads and a brake fluid flush as well as connectors for the front stabilizers. After giving the go ahead service team informed me I needed rear brake pads and a brake fluid flush as well as connectors for the front stabilizers. After giving the go ahead and a substantial upcharge, I left feeling good about the repairs/service. A week later the brakes are squealing very loud continuously and there is a distinct burning rubber smell. It's obviously an indication of bad service. Quite a few items found in bad need of replacement discovered when looking for problem with Battery Light coming on intermittently. When alternator pulled for inspection, found cracked radiator, bad a discovered when looking for problem with Battery Light coming on intermittently. When alternator pulled for inspection, found cracked radiator, bad alternator, both front axels broken at seals causing car to drive unevenly. After completing all recommended repairs, car drives like new. As usual, Lenny looked after us and we are back on the road. More
