Dick Norris has got to be one of the worst dealerships I have ever dealt with ( Now mind you I just paid cash 45,9 cash on an Arcadia in the middle of April- Sat down and worked up a deal on a 2021 Dinali H have ever dealt with ( Now mind you I just paid cash 45,9 cash on an Arcadia in the middle of April- Sat down and worked up a deal on a 2021 Dinali HD Duramax ultimate $80,000 truck with a given GMC authorization discount $500 deposit. Did my research on the GM diesel motor not such good things, I pull out of the Dinali deal and want to go into a AT4 HD Now mind you the original deal took place at 5:10 21 on 5-25-21 Dick Norris is choosing to refuse my GMC authorization discount being a GMC family member All because they can make a premium on a vehicle sold that doesn’t sound like customer care to me. Sales manager Michael was very rude and smug one of their sales rep even asked me if my gold chain and bracelet were real you don’t insult somebody coming into your establishment to purchase something from you. Then I receive a phone call today 5/26/21 from the owner of Dick Noris pretty much intimidating me telling me I’m xxxx out of luck.. Pretty xxxxty you’re willing to give me my GMC family member discount and then choose not to per your policy. If your policy changed you would have official document letterhead and timestamp of policy change not within days of somebody trying to purchase a vehicle well good luck dealing with these people More
