We went next to Dick Norris in Palm Harbor, and walked the lot. There was our car! A Buick Regal, low miles, and such a different color. We drove it and were sold. We told John what we wanted for our trade-in, and it was accepted. Again, I don't know why we didn't go to Dick Norris first. Always owned Buick's, and always will!! More

I drove there and was not disappointed. The car was exactly what i expected. On top of that the day of delivery they found a nail in the sidewall of the tire. And instead of ignoring it they put BRAND NEW tires on the vehicle and didn't charge me. Knowing i was going to be driving so far home they made sure i was taken care of.
