We came down to Tampa from Pensacola to purchase a GMC truck . Palm Harbor was recommended to us by my best friend. We were so impressed with Melvin . First Class Service Dean Is the Man! After looking for almost a year, I found the truck I had been looking for at Dick Norris Palm Harbor. I was in NC and the truck was in FL. Dean sent After looking for almost a year, I found the truck I had been looking for at Dick Norris Palm Harbor. I was in NC and the truck was in FL. Dean sent great photos and even jumped on face time to go over the vehicle with me before I booked a flight. Once I was confident in the vehicle, I jumped on an airplane and Dean even picked me up from the airport at no charge! The truck exceeded expectations and all pictures provided. I drove straight back to NC that day. The warranties provided are excellent and I've already had some minor issues resolved at my local dealership with no questions asked. If your going to Dick Norris ask for Dean he's the man and will take great care of you. More

Made buying a used car STRESS FREE I recently bought a car from Bobby at Dick Norris on Rt 19 in Clearwater, and the Manager Steve. Two GREAT people that seemed to go 'above and beyond'. I have never made an offer to purchase where both the sales person and especially, the Sales Manager said: "I think we can even do better for you". They showed me options and took their time with no hassles or pressures (that I hate) and had an opportunity to meet and talk with Doug Norris... and Duncan for the titles etc... What a great bunch of guys, helpful, very personable, and through... the entire process was enjoyable and went very smoothly.... even got complimentary oil changes and anti-fog treatment for the car....
