2020 GMC Terrain I was greeted at the dealership by John Bruno, he was very welcoming, courteous and professional. He asked me what i may be interested in seeing. I advised him i had seen a white 2020 GMC Terrain SLT on line. He located the vehicle , we took it for a test ride. John explained the different items in the vehicle. When we returned i advised him i was interested in a lease. He asked me some important questions and came back with a price per month for the lease. I was very happy with the answer and we started the process. At no time from the beginning to the end did i feel pressured in any way. I then saw Athena in finance who finished the paperwork. She was also excellent and very informative. From there, i advised John i had to return my end of lease vehicle to another dealership. With that he introduced me to Easton who set up my phone in the Terrain and then proceeded to drive over to the dealership so i could return my vehicle. This had to be the easiest , no stress lease or purchase of a vehicle that i have ever done. Thank you so much John for your professionalism. i would also like to thank Easton and Athena. I got an appt to come back and Easton set up everything in the vehicle and explained how everything worked. Awesome More
As a consumer I write both good and not so good reviews. I wrote the salesman and the GM with no response. My wife and I purchased a used 2011 Ford Expedition from this dealership last November with Russ. T I wrote the salesman and the GM with no response. My wife and I purchased a used 2011 Ford Expedition from this dealership last November with Russ. This vehicle was purchased for my wife and 3 kids as a reliable vehicle for many years to come. However, Recently the vehicle broke down on the Suncoast parkway while taking the children to a pumpkin patch. We had the vehicle towed to a repair shop and analyzed for the roughness in the engine, which was later determined that an engine valve had failed. The repair came down to 4500 to repair the valve and requiring the engine to be pulled or purchase a new engine. I did elect to purchase a whole new engine as a repair to one valve didn’t seem worth the effort and peace of mind. But, I am very disappointed with the fact that a vehicle I purchased from this dealership less than a year ago required a major repair resulting in 8000 dollars to put the vehicle back on the road. I’m disappointed with the quality of the vehicle sold by this dealership. All service was completed by Dick Norris as well. I always thought of a GMC dealership as a trusted name. Unfortunately my opinion has changed. I would think that DN would want to know that a vehicle sold broke down while at highway speeds with a mom and her three children in a major way. My hope is that Dick Norris would want to give this some attention and potentially rectify our poor experience and renew and regain the trust of a client. But that didn’t happen. I realize I took a chance on a used vehicle but a major repair such as this is just ridiculous. I would imagine, and I believe you will tend to agree, that this is not something a customer should experience within a year of purchase. More

When we walked into the dealership, we knew we were in the right place...the staff were so gracious, family oriented, and overall made our experience such a blessing. I look forward to driving around town in our new vehicle (to our family at least...) Easton was able to walk us through all the features of the car when we were ready to leave. Giving us a chance to maximize all the functionality that the vehicle offers. It took some time, and he was very patient through that whole process. More

I have been very happy with the service departments work and their ability to get appointments in a very reasonable time. I recently decided that it was time to upgrade to a new SUV that has many great safety features. I talked to sales consultant Dean Nebbaki about the type of vehicle that I wanted and the features I wanted. I have to say that Dean was a pleasure to work with, it ended up being a few months before I made a final decision. I never felt any type of pressure from Dean to rush my decision just so that he would make the sale and receive his commission. More
