Drew was great! Drew made the process comfortable for me and my husband. Being in the industry myself in the past, I am difficult to impress. He was patient and not pushy. My 5 year old son liked him so much he kept hugging him. I would say my boy is a great judge of character. So, it says a lot that he felt so comfortable around him. I would recommend Drew to anyone looking for a great salesperson. I will say the financing part was a little stressful for us. While I appreciated the opportunity for the loan, the requirements where difficult to accept. When we decided not to trade a vehicle and replace it with cash, we were penalized with a higher rate and required to put more money down. I didn't agree with that, whatever the reason. It seemed unfair. I've worked many deals in finance, I wouldn't have accepted that. I had a relationship with my banks and would have worked around it. It wasn't necessary. Vehicle value in my opinion rates less than money. Not the other way around. More
