I needed to get to work and they had a loaner vehicle ready for me when I arrived to drop off my truck. Since I was working, I asked if they could change the oil and do the 30k mile inspection as well. Without question they said "of course!". Chaz has been a fantastic service advisor and remembers me by name now. Always friendly staff, and always ready for what I need. I love this dealership! More

They exceeded this level of satisfaction and I couldnt be happier. Some parts had to be ordered and Douglas in the service department didnt hesitate to provide me with a loaner at no charge and kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle. They didnt tell me, but I noticed they also filled the air in my tires and topped off my fluids. Ill be returning for sure. Thank you More

Disappointed and annoyed This is the 3rd or 4th time contacting me about a survey...so I will share my experience AGAIN since it really didn't matter in the moment. I was a bi This is the 3rd or 4th time contacting me about a survey...so I will share my experience AGAIN since it really didn't matter in the moment. I was a bit disappointed when I called Saturday morning to learn my vehicle wouldn’t be ready until Monday. When I called Friday morning to set appt for that day, I did advise I didn’t need back that night but definitely before Monday. And on Saturday when I called around 12noon to figure out timing I expressed my disappointment when they told me it wouldn’t be ready until Monday. Monday I work so couldn’t come and get the car until late that day- and that’s what o told the woman that morning when she advised it was ready... I thought the least I could expect was maybe a washed and vacuumed vehicle when I picked up- but no chance. It was work I’m excess of $600 and o told them a couple of times I was disappointed with timing of completion and lack of communication to me. Wash and vacuum is not a lot and would have been a nice perk. More

SERVICE TOOK TOO LONG I went in for a tire rotation and oil change at 12:45 PM—first in line. I was finally informed at 3 PM that my truck required front pads, etc. That’s I went in for a tire rotation and oil change at 12:45 PM—first in line. I was finally informed at 3 PM that my truck required front pads, etc. That’s WAY to long, considering that I was looking in the service bay off and on and off for at least a half hour prior to them “finding me”. All that time my truck was up on the rack, all tires off, and no mechanic working on it. Not good. More
Not so regular service The morning I was headed to get my oil changed and tires rotated I got a low tire alert. I had a nail in the side wall of the driver side rear tire. Fortunately I was headed to the dealership anyway and I had purchased tire/wheel protection when I bought my vehicle. The service department took care of everything at no charge and I was shortly on my way. When I got home I realized I left my Yeti tumbler in the waiting area, I phoned my service representative immediately. He not only found it but offered to have it delivered to me! I picked it up the next day since I was going that way. Great customer service for sure!! More
