They lie about the fees they charge when questioned! I just purchased a 2011 Nissan Pathfinder from this dealer. I asked them 3 times about a private Tag agency fee for $165 as i just paid $24 for the sa I just purchased a 2011 Nissan Pathfinder from this dealer. I asked them 3 times about a private Tag agency fee for $165 as i just paid $24 for the same fee at a different dealer. I was lied to by the salesman as well as the finance manager who prepared my loan docs. I was told flat out that the fee was charged by a 3rd party and went directly to them for the electronic filing of my title. The day after I purchased the car, I asked for a detailed summary of who that fee was paid to and was told by the GM, Doug Norris that is was in fact a fee they charge and it is mostly profit. I would have never paid the fee if I had known I was being lied too when purchasing the vehicle. Doug Norris simply stated that if I did not like it, return the car. This is how they do business at Dick Norris, lie , cheat and steal your money for a profit. More
