Was not quoted charges Front passenger door lock not working! Requested oil change and estimate to fix lock if there was any charge. When advisor called back he said warra Front passenger door lock not working! Requested oil change and estimate to fix lock if there was any charge. When advisor called back he said warranty does not cover it and it would be over $300 to have repaired. I informed it was too expensive and I would do it myself. He then told me that we would still be charged over $70 for the appraisal and they would take care of that charge if they completed the work. I also requested they see what is wrong with the tire because it is still leaking air. I was told there was a nail in it and it could not be fixed. This tire had issues that were reported while it was still under warranty by the said corrosion on rims would most likely not be covered but they would check with their gmc rep. Apparently, GMC precision that is advertised does not include defective rims nor simple interior electronics in the vehicle. Needless to say I am not impressed and feel that the unethical behavior of the representative has really left the GMC brand tarnished for me. More
In two months the 2015 Acadia has been towed three times My wife and I have had good experiences with Max in service for years. She had a 2003 Envoy XL that she loved. We went May 31 this year and bought a 2015 Acadia and have had nothing but trouble. The car itself is beautiful with all the new technology. There was a crack in the windshield. We couldnt see out of the drivers side wipera when it rained. The battery died twice even after replacement battery. The seatbelt keeps going when the brakes are pressed. I told the driver who picked up my wife named Bobby. He kept seeing if his car did it five times on our block. My wife banged her head and is throwing up and vision is blurry. Dr thinks she has a concussiion. What the heck. Its out of a Jerry Lewis movie. We dont even want the car anymore. We paid for 150k mile warranty and still had to pay labor for windshield wiper and battery. We realize everything is not covered. My wife had to take off five days of work and got let go. Happened to be three very important days where she had to drive people places. She is mad and has a headache always and misses her old car. Plus AAA made us wait quite a while and we have used three towings and one your place provided. However we only get four a year then have to pay around eighty dollars for each tow. More
