Service Writer When I arrived at the dealership the service writer told me that this is my last Free oil change. I paid the dealer 15.00/ month extra have the tires When I arrived at the dealership the service writer told me that this is my last Free oil change. I told him to have the car washed and he didn't do that. Very unhappy with the personnel. More

Great Dealership I have to say, this was the best car buying experience, in my 37 years of buying cars. My Salesman, Michael Pannebaker, was great. He was not pushy or I have to say, this was the best car buying experience, in my 37 years of buying cars. My Salesman, Michael Pannebaker, was great. He was not pushy or fake, but just a nice guy doing a great job. No games played here. We agreed on a price and that was it. I had to come back two days later, (with my wife, as we were both on the title), to complete the transaction, and Michael made an appointment for us, as he had three other customers coming in to get their new cars. We were in and out in no time at all. Most dealerships keep you there for hours, but not here. Very professional and great people to deal with. Our Business Manager, Joe Chironno, was fast and thorough, and got us through the paperwork in about 20 minutes. He explained everything in detail and was a pleasure to deal with. I would give Dick Norris 10 stars if I could. I will refer anyone I can to this dealership and Michael Pannebaker. We are loving our new GMC Sierra Crew Cab, that we got for a good price. My, "No", comment on coming here for service, is due to the fact that we live over two hours away. I wish they were in Ocala, because I would go to them for service. More

Above and beyond Came in for oil change and to have a noise checked out that my car was making that didn't sound right. He hooked up my phone to my Bluetooth and even showed me how to listen to Pandora from my phone through my car speakers. It has been a long time since I have seen someone of his age show a strong work ethic. More
