Sorry to hear you had a poor experience. However, keep in mind...we didn't sell you the car, nor have you even brought the vehicle into our service department. When you called, you stated that you had self diagnosed the problem and wanted a no cost catalytic converter. Very sorry that we were unable to satisfy you. It appears that when you purchased the vehicle in May of this year, this may have been a pre-existing problem since you first complained of the brakes squeaking on June 10. We suggested you bring the vehicle back to the dealer you purchased it from since it was sold as a GM Certified vehicle. We did try several different repairs to address the squeak, but since it remained we suggested replacing the brake pads. We did offer to split the cost of installing 4 new GM brake pads in your vehicle. Thank You!
