This is the second new car we have bought from the Paul Masse Dealership this year. Both experiences were excellent. Tom (our salesperson) was very knowledegable about not only the operation of the cars Masse Dealership this year. Both experiences were excellent. Tom (our salesperson) was very knowledegable about not only the operation of the cars but the technology in each vehicle. Tom has kept the lines of communication open both with phone calls and written notes to ensure that we continue to be pleased with our purchases. I have and will continue to recommend Pual Masse in general and Tom Fratantuono in particular as the premier Buick dealership in Rhode Island. More

Great experience, quick in and out, amazing customer service. Tom was phenomenal. I went in just to look at a used Enclave, didn't really think I was going to buy a car and left with a brand new Enclav service. Tom was phenomenal. I went in just to look at a used Enclave, didn't really think I was going to buy a car and left with a brand new Enclave. I buy a car every 2-3 years and have never had such a good experience. I would strongly recommend this dealership and especially Tom and will definitely be back when it is time to buy my next vehicle! More
