From the start of arriving at the dealer, I had an amazing experience purchasing my new car! From being introduced to the sales manager Max and finally to my salesman, Chad they both were extremely he amazing experience purchasing my new car! From being introduced to the sales manager Max and finally to my salesman, Chad they both were extremely helpful and provided an overall excellent experience. Chad listened to my needs and also was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He was very personable and I would not hesitate to do business with him again. There was a small snafu with the payment schedule but the management team quickly got us back on track and satisfied the issue. This was the smoothest car buying experience I’ve ever had. This is my go to Cadillac dealer in the future! More

The dealership is nice and Jordie was great. Definitely feel lied to when it came to my trade in- they said they could only offer 93% of what they could sell it for. I was offered 12,600 from carmax and they were aware of that. They came back at 11k and change and said they had no room at all to give me more yet have my car listed for $18,400. More
