Went in today for a screw in my tire was told I need all new tires $1200 estimate But I only have 17,000 miles and am a slow driver . I am shocked at the fact that either poor tires were put on in the f new tires $1200 estimate But I only have 17,000 miles and am a slow driver . I am shocked at the fact that either poor tires were put on in the first place (purchased it new in 2021) or Cadillac quality has gone down so much that no one cares . Everything I read says tires should last at least 30,000 miles or more Waiting for a call from the general manager to see what can be done Not sure if I want another Cadillac. More

Service department was great. They went out of their way for me. Way better than their GMC service department. Went up to look at new cars and salesman was busy texting on his They went out of their way for me. Way better than their GMC service department. Went up to look at new cars and salesman was busy texting on his phone. When he did finally talk to me he was talking down to me and rude. One thing I know now is Murphy Cadillac is retired I won't be back to this dealership. Their sales department is as bad as their service department at their GMC location down the road. Pretty sad you can treat your customers like crap in times like these! More
