Our car came without a 2d key. We were told it was a mistake and we'd have one in 2 or 3 days. After dealing with 2 managers and getting nowhere it turned out there's a key chip shortage. Honesty would have helped manage expectations. The sales manager didn't return calls or texts. Finally I'm told to come in and there's a new key to program and it will take 15 minutes. No such luck. When I showed up I was told an hour to an hour and a half. Now I understand why you cZnt find anyone in ownership to discuss issues with. It is because they don't care. More

I have many issues with my 2023 sanFe , since day one I get … I bring the car over 10 time and they don’t even want to inspect it. I have get a flat tire , I ask for a loner they told me we do not have any loner, I request for ride and they said they don’t have any one to give me ride ….. Trash service Not recommended to buy or do trade or service in this location The worst dealer ship To the owner of the dealership only you no one else that I love to speak with no others I been reporting this issue to the service manager as well the sale manager and they both are not helpful at all. Your customer service team is not helping and does not care about the safety of the customer at all. And I’m following with BBB FOR A claim if my issue not heard and being taking seriously , and I will file lawsuit against your company. If I could leave ZERO stars I would. I am quite elderly and handicapped. I inquired by phone about a 2025 Kona list price $36,099, dealer advertised price $32799. I SPECIFALLY asked if the advertised price is the price I would pay absent tax, tags, and doc fees since unscrupulous "lie" about the price to lure you in. I was told YES!! It is very difficult for me to get around but I drove there and was told that the price advertised wasn't the price I would have to pay. The price was increased by $2,000!!!! I walked out. I would NEVER do business with dealers who dupe the public with false advertising. BUYER BEWARE unless you want to be lied to!!!! More
This is long but worth reading . .. We went to Tasca from Dutchess County to look at a used Hyundai Sante Fe that was listed for sale on the Capital One website as a dealer partner. T .. We went to Tasca from Dutchess County to look at a used Hyundai Sante Fe that was listed for sale on the Capital One website as a dealer partner. Tasca used a "stock image" as photos of the car. When we got there, we saw salesman, Marvin Hokstam. He advised us that the Sante Fe was at their dealership just down the street and he would have it brought up. When the car got there, it was literally crashed on all sides and the brakes were very bad per Marvin. Then he proceeds to show us an upgraded, used Tucson being sold for quite a bit more than the Sante Fe. We really liked the Tucson. Marvin said that he and the sales manager didn't want us to think they did a bait and switch and gave us $1000 off. We purchased it for $27,000. Marvin Hokstam and the Sales Manager, who was involved in the sale price, did a bait and switch. I just didn't realize it at the time. A fews months later, the Tucson was due for it's first service. We drive the hour and half to Tasca for an 11:30am appointment. The service department associate, Donovan Aspinall, told me I needed an oil change ($170.99), a coolant change ($299.99) and a tire rotation ($149.99). I questioned the additional service he said I needed to do along with the $220 labor rate. He told me not to worry about the labor rate, that each service was a flat charge. I told him I didn't want to void the warranty by not doing the additional service but it was so expensive. He said he recommended doing it. We had just purchased the Certified Tucson and only put 11,000 miles on it. I assume, for the certification, all the service was done prior to us buying it. There was only 17,000 miles on the car when we bought it. The service ended up taking 4 hours instead of the 2 hours, like we were told. We spent all day there (11:30am to 3:30pm). The cost was $672.97 , which $400.01 was for the labor, I was told not to worry about. When I got home, I looked up when the coolant should be changed and it varies but up to 100,000 miles unless it gets contaminated. I really just needed an oil change for $170.99. To top it off, when we got home, the SERVICE NEEDED light came on saying we were over the miles. This Sales and Service Department scam people. On 1/18/25, I sent an email to both Marvin Hokstam and the Service Manager (through Marvin) with my concerns of the service on 1/17/25. I have not heard from anyone! DO NOT GO HERE .... THEY ARE DISHONEST, IN ALL DEPARTMENTS, AND WILL SLYLY RIP YOU OFF! We regret buying from here. Read their lowest, most recent reviews. I am reporting this dealership to The Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General. More
I drove My car in due to an engine light and loud sound coming from the hood. I was told my car will be looked at and worked on in about a week Or so due to the holidays. I said No problem. 3 weeks in, nothing has been done but i keep Getting alerts from my car that it’s being driven to different locations and when i check At night it’s parked at different homes. When i called The service department i keep Being told i have people ahead of me who had appointments and are priorities, and that they move the car around the lot. Ummm sir I didn’t know your lot moves from homes to homes. Thank god I have screen shots !!! Only thing done to the car it was diagnosed. I keep asking for a loaner due to the fact that i also Live in a whole other borough!!!!! And i can’t even get that meanwhile my car is being used for someone else’s convenience!!!!!!! More
