Feeling ripped off I bought my son a car from this dealership..granted it was used,but that being said he didn't even have it for 3000 miles before the engine died..The I bought my son a car from this dealership..granted it was used,but that being said he didn't even have it for 3000 miles before the engine died..The manager promised he would do all he could..he would help us,he lied.When we called we were a bother to them it felt like,horrible customer service!did I mention our warranty had only expired by 5 days..pretty convenient for them ,right?😏after numerous calls by myself &my father we were tld that we would be helped by a m***** in service,told that by said person,he never called back.horrible customer service!..they told us whatever sounded good to shut us up &sell us a car.wouldn't it be beneficial and smart to address your customers grievances?..wouldn't you want return business?.i guess not,Honda,ford..sneakers or a bus..anything except this dealership for me..in my opinion they just don't care More
I want what I asked for! It was Agreed with my salesman that I would get the same car for the same payment with the same features. Unfortunately I was told I could not get a remote aftermarket starter ( the same as my 2015 Elantra had without paying an extra $15 dollars per month. I firmly believe that my salesman was being pressured by his sales manager. So I left with my 2017 Elantra Very Unhappy! What I want to know is, will Hyundai install my a remote starter at no additional expense for me ? More
