Twice they agreed to lease deal and twice they reneged on the agreement. After a few days of negotiations they agreed we agreed to a lease amount on a New Genesis. I have confirming text messages from the sales rep Luis Oliver. I made an appointment to pick up the car, as I walked in Luis tells me my car is getting prepped. After waiting for 45 minutes he comes over and tells me that the owner Melvin Abreu says they cant make the deal. After a while longer Melvin comes over and gives me a moronic line about the car had been sold and no incentives and so on. So I left. They call me back a few days later with a higher price offer after some negotiating we came to another agreement. This time they even put me trough the delivery process. After another long wait the Credit manager calls me in and tells me that my credit was not good and that they needed to charge me $100.00 more per month. I knew they we lying. The next day I walked into Greenwich Infinity and purchased a car from them and Guess what my credit qualified for their best rate. If you need to deal with these people get everything in writing on their letterhead. Get all the details down on paper and be prepared to walk away. Check the fine print on their internet price they wont honor it. They will try to change every aspect of the deal. Be careful of Luis baby face he does the lying for them. While John Molina the sales manages he is the crooked one. Watch him he is the one who is behind the scenes setting the whole game up. Lets not forget the owner Melvin Abreu he runs this place with absolutely no integrity. He blames his employees for giving too good of a price and does not keep his word and the dealership is a dump. There are many good dealer out there why deal with these people. More

I felt like the red carpet was rolled out. I really appreciate the experience being that it was my first brand new car. He helped me set up my phone to the car showed me how everything worked. I just purchased a lemon and had to go to court to get my money back so this was a breath of fresh air. I was looking for a couple of vehicles but huyndai was exactly what I needed. My bank only works with a couple of dealers and this huyndai was one of them. I came in I did my paper work with vanessa who was so sweet. I informed her that I wanted to finance through my bank. I was firm with that, I completely understand dealers have to make commission but at the end of the day IT IS MY LOAN! And I refuse to pay for a vehicle that I cannot afford due to interest. We finished my paperwork and she brought it to the finance manger and he completely lost it. My back was to them but all I could hear was " what the xxxx, she does not tell you what bank she wants to finance with, you tell her what xxxxing bank she finances with" he gets in her face and belittles her, the other managers had to hold him back and kudos to her for keeping her composure and sticking up for me, but I am the customer and that is what I want. It turned me off completely. The car was beautiful up until then I was completely sold I had my deposit, my insurance but not under those circumstances. More

First time Hyundai owner I'm a first time Hyundai owner, although I'm actually leesing ( spelled correctly..?...lol..). Anyway, my experience there was fantastic, no complaint I'm a first time Hyundai owner, although I'm actually leesing ( spelled correctly..?...lol..). Anyway, my experience there was fantastic, no complaints at all. I leased the 2017 Tucson 1.4 Turbo AWD. Let me tell you, that little car drives very well and most def has enough pick up or torque due to the turbo. I was very impressed the first time I took it for a test drive. I returned about a week later, after visiting other dealers in the area and test driving other vehicles as well. I was looking for a compact SUV. I test drove the Toyota Rav4, Honda CRV, Ford Edge, and a few other models. After test driving those other vehicles, I returned to this Hyundai dealer and test drove the Tucson again, and the deal was sealed. I picked up the car a day later, and have been very happy since. If anything changes, I'll be sure to update this review, that's a promise. More

We spoke with Louis and discussed our options and I happily left with a 2017 Tucson. That I love and feel so blessed to be driving never expected to leave in a brand new 2017 Tucson which I can go on and on with how much I love it. More
