I’m writing for my son who purchased his first car from this dealership. They must have picked upon his naiveté and slipped in a $2500 prep fee. No mention verbally or in writing just added it to the bill this dealership. They must have picked upon his naiveté and slipped in a $2500 prep fee. No mention verbally or in writing just added it to the bill of sale thinking it would just pass through. When he realized it after bringing home the car he almost cried at how he was ripped off. He went back and was told that it was a dealer prep fee to get the car ready for sale and certified. When he questioned why he was not advised about this they immediately cut the fee in half. Hungry dealers like this will help the Carvanas and Vrooms and other competitors who will attract those who will never show their faces in a dealership after this. And I don’t blame him. When will this crap stop? More

My sales person's name was Brian and he was great. He honored all the incentives and knocked down the price of the car I was buying to below the MSRP which is nearly impossible in this market when it com honored all the incentives and knocked down the price of the car I was buying to below the MSRP which is nearly impossible in this market when it comes to sought after SUV models. Finance guy was a little bit of a slick and tried to add all these extra gap insurances and other warranties to my final price but I politely said "no" and he quickly adjusted my price to what it was.
