Stasek Chevrolet has provided very thorough service over the past four years. My vehicle had been at the dealership for a week. After arriving at the dealership I was told to stand outside and wait for the vehicle. After waiting for about 15 minutes I went back inside and requested assistance and they pointed out where it was parked. Unfortunately, it would not start because the battery was dead and the key to the vehicle was locked inside. After waiting for a key to be made the top would not go down because they had not programmed the key. The Service Manager was argumentative and his words to me where derogatory. He chose not to provide any assistance. It was a totally ridiculous and disappointing experience. More

Constantly was receiving extended warranty emails from Jeremy so I deceived to give him a call about ab extended warranty. First thing out of his mouth was “xxxx Sever, want me to take you off the list”? Jeremy so I deceived to give him a call about ab extended warranty. First thing out of his mouth was “xxxx Sever, want me to take you off the list”? I said no I want a price. I asked asked if he had good prices. He was very arrogant and with and attitude he said” That’s all I give”. I said ok, give me a price on an extended warranty. He said he was to busy and didn’t have time and he would call me back. Seemed like I was bothering him and he could care less about helping me. Needless to say it’s been weeks and I never heard back from him. If he cared he would of said “xxxx Server” because he would have known who he was contacting vs trying to auto generate business. I would rate him a ZERO if it was an option. Only good person at that dealership since it was bought out is Tom Boyer in service. More
