I want to just share with everyone the amazing experience I had with Krystle at Tasca Chevrolet Wheeling. I've always had a sedan and with 2 small children who are only going to get bigger my husband and I d I had with Krystle at Tasca Chevrolet Wheeling. I've always had a sedan and with 2 small children who are only going to get bigger my husband and I decided its time to get an SUV. I've been searching online, went to a few dealerships but hadn't found the right one. I can across a SUV at Tasca and we decided to drive over after work and take a look at it in person, we walked the lot without a salesman and we saw the vehicle but unfortunately it wasn't up to par aesthetically for me. Because of this, we were ready to leave the dealership. As we go into our car Krystle came outside and approached my vehicle and apologized for not being able to come out sooner to greet us and asked if there was anything was saw in the lot that interested us and I let her know yes, there is a SUV but there are some "issues" with it and I was going to pass and look else where. Right from the jump I let her know my concerns and she said she would do her best to get the "issues" taken care of if I was still interested in that SUV. She asked if I wanted to look at the vehicle again and show her my concerns. We walked to the car I addressed my concerns, we took the truck for a spin and the whole time she didn't pressure me into purchasing the vehicle but did assure me that if I was still interested she would work with her team to get them taken care of. We went inside, she spoke with her team/management and they agreed to fix the issues. She then asked how we were going to pay, cash, loan etc. My husband advised he already had an approved loan with his bank. Krystle asked if he wanted her to run the numbers to possible get a lower interest rate and respectfully he declined and Krystle didn't push or hound him on having the numbers ran again. Krystle also is prepared to keep kids busy/entertained while doing the paper work. She provided crayons and coloring books along with a few small stuffies for both my kids on top of snacks. She even offered to order them a pizza for dinner because of how late it was. Very sweet and kind gesture. Overall Krystle is top notch. She's accommodating, very generous and honest. Not pushy. She will do her best to keep word and in my case she did exactly that. I can't speak highly enough about her and the experience my family had with her. Incredible saleswomen and happy to be apart of her car family. :) More

Amy, the finance manager, was equally wonderful to work with—personable, professional, and straightforward. There were no pressure tactics from either of them, just knowledgeable and supportive service that made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. While we waited for the financing to be finalized, the team even brought us pizza and breadsticks, which was a thoughtful and appreciated touch. We would absolutely purchase from this dealership again and highly recommend working with Krystal and Amy. More
