I was disappointed in the service this visit. I waited 1hour 45 minutes for oil change and tire rotation. When the car was done I was handed my reciept very abruptly and told the other guy was on lunch. 1hour 45 minutes for oil change and tire rotation. Let begin by saying I'm not complaining, but just pointing out how maybe not to run a customer friendly organization. I called on a Saturday asking if a certain software build to partially address th pointing out how maybe not to run a customer friendly organization. I called on a Saturday asking if a certain software build to partially address the battery related issue on the Bolt I have was available. I get the "sure, bring it in, we'll take care of it". Note, I have the recall notice that states, underlined, bold and all caps: "This software is now available for your 2019 vehicle". The chevy recall website still says essentially the same thing. I go in on the next Tuesday. Apparently, this is not the case. I'm not holding the service center accountable for poor communication from corporate entities, but I would expect, given the nature of this recall, some effort to determine what the story is as opposed to simply a shrug. I'm still in the dark. Never had an issue here before. More

I left voicemails where I could never heard back. When I did get thru to a live person, they set the phone down and did nothing until either I was disconnected or hung up on(totaling 27 minutes). When I finally received the call that the repairs were done, just that they were just taking it for a test drive, it was another three hours, and me that had to follow up. More
