I have had to call 3 more times since writing this 3 weeks ago and have finally gotten resolution. Linda Stasek called me today and is sending a refund for the hitch. She explained they were having issues getting the hitch in which is completely understandable. I wish someone had just said that from the start, I would have had no issue. Instead Dean kept acting confused as to why no one had called me to set up installation and the last message from him said he was “pretty sure” the hitch was there and it was not.
