Glad that recalled part in stock, Justin was eager to start install plus oil change, I could wait. After install/oil change Justin presented the bill, invoice, warranty, etc. Papers/charges$ were incorr start install plus oil change, I could wait. After install/oil change Justin presented the bill, invoice, warranty, etc. Papers/charges$ were incorrect, Justin 'blew a gasket' , swore, called service dept, yelled, threatened, made rude remarks to/about wrong charges/about Service guy. I really got a bad taste, I wasn't mad or angry, just wanted price correction. Justin got new papers, correct pricing, waved me to Cashier. I would have thanked Justin but he flew outta there in a huff. I understand the frustration; would have liked him to be more professional. More
