Great service. Had an issue with my trans (band new car) and didn't know it (traveled all the way from Florida on a bad trans yikes!) Worst Experience I've ever had in my life.. was hung up on the Parts/service mngr. lied to my face. used to love this dealer.Jokingly asked if its new ownership. He said it is.. One of my brake lights and a turn signal light was burned out. I was allowed to immediately bring my car in to have the brake light bulb and the turn signal light bulb replaced. I dropped off my car and explained the problem, including the diagnosis. I told them exactly what part I needed and where. I was told I would be called the next day about how many hours/cost it would take. the diagnosis. I told them exactly what part I needed and where. Was told a tech was working on it and would call me back that day. I, again, was not called back. I called again after 2 days and was told that it would take 4 hours, and 600 dollars, so I said don't work on, I'll come pick it up. 7.3.21 Saturday Called again over holiday weekend, couldn't pick it up bc closed, said Id pick up on Tuesday. 7.6.21 Tuesday Called before coming. My car still was not put together. I was charged 150 for diagnosis even though I brought it in already diagnosed. Throughout this process I was never called back (though I called multiple times and was promised a call back) and every time I called no one knew who I was or what was happening to my car. On the day of pick up, still, no one knew what was happening with my car. There was NO PAPERWORK on my car or the work done. I waited for an hour to be told my car was still not together, and that I would pay the diagnosis fee even though I told them what the problem was and that they would let me know how many hours it would take to solve that problem before doing anything. Not only did the managers and tech not know what happened or did not happen to my car, but I was given a charge of over double the diagnosis price in error and was about to pay before asking for an explanation to be told the amount was written in error. They were going to let me pay more than double over an accident. When I discussed this with workers at the dealership I was told "This should not have happened, we are sorry." but still have to pay for nothing being done to my car. I was told by an online assistant that Karen Pradun was the person to contact for Customer Care at the dealership. Called the number given and was told that she no longer works there and they have no Customer Care person any longer. I ended up taking apart the cowl, which took me less than 30 min with no special tools, and found that it most likely was never actually undone. There were still leaves and sticks that would have been brushed off if this was ever taken apart. Called the parts shop on 7.8.21 and have called back 2 times since. I am still waiting for the part to come in as of 7.22.21. The last time I called they didn't have my information down and didn't know what part or car I was talking about. More

Unfortunately my car got tied up in the service department for a bottle week because of the parts shortages. They had some cars on the list that they couldn't get off because they had to wait for t department for a bottle week because of the parts shortages. They had some cars on the list that they couldn't get off because they had to wait for the parts to come in. Time was very courteous to call the always constantly give me an update. I always enjoy working with time. Robert de Corvette tech kept me advised as well. He does a great job and is an asset to Stasek. More
