The Service Dept was PHENOMENAL! Never in my life have I ever seen such a great department like the team at Bill Stasek Chevrolet. I used to loath going to dealership service depts: The advisors would be ru ever seen such a great department like the team at Bill Stasek Chevrolet. I used to loath going to dealership service depts: The advisors would be rude and unprofessional. Not at Bill Stasek Chevrolet. Not only did my Service Advisor Evelyn take the time to listen to the issue with my car and my current situation - she took ownership of the situation, she explained everything in a thoughtful manner and she made it her business to get into car fixed ASAP. My car had a recall that was perviously completed but the problem returned again - not only did they fix the issue, they washed my car as a courtesy and had me back on the road in AN HOUR. Mind you my appointment was at 5pm and the Service Dept closes at 6pm. Now that is Customer Service at its absolute finest. My Chevy is my first Chevy and if I need to have work done on my car - I will be coming back to Bill Stasek Chevrolet. More
