Bought a $85k truck in December and brought it back 5 days later to get the undercoating and paint protection done and they crashed it and didn’t tell me. I found out from the cop that called me that had days later to get the undercoating and paint protection done and they crashed it and didn’t tell me. I found out from the cop that called me that had my front license plate. Besides that they put a scratch in the side of the truck. They kept putting me off and not calling me back so in April I called Jeremy stasek because hopefully he cared. He told me to come in Monday and see him that he was there all day. I drove my 45 minutes to the dealership on Monday to find out he wasn’t even there. After talking to the body shop manager I brought it back in the next week and they “fixed” it told me they couldn’t even tell the scratch was there. it was like they didn’t even do anything after having my truck for 6 days. I’m now awaiting a call back a week and a half later. Worst customer service ever. 6 months later and still fighting to get the scratch fixed not to mention I now have 2 police reports on my truck from them that they don’t care about. More
