Went March 22 for oil change. Got their at 10:45 had to be out at 12:45 for appointment. Told no problem. Left at 1:10. Missed my appointment. Also engine light was on. They turned it off. I bought a 2019 Nissan in December of last year and everything was great at the time. They worked with me and was able to get me into a car. After they got my money everything went downhill and the lie everything was great at the time. They worked with me and was able to get me into a car. After they got my money everything went downhill and the lies started. I was told that I would get a free oil change. I just went into today to get that oil change and it WAS NOT FREE! So I pay for that. I when my first payment was due I sent it to the dealer (had to) the payment was sent in time, but the finance company got it late which resulted in me having to pay a late charge and a second payment to bring me current. When I spoke to the people at the dealer, all I was told was it was being handled. Still have no idea how it was being handled because the late fee still applied. I am beyond livid and unsatisfied. I was promised something and no one at the dealership knew what I was talking about. The sales guy expected me to wait longer until it was figured out! I will never recommend anyone to this place. EXTREMELY UNSATISFACTORY More
