Quick and efficient drop off and pick up. I was kept up to date by my service writer, Tom B. Repairs were approved, completed correctly, and pick up was made in shorter then expected time. Love these guys More

It was never explained to me that a full tank of diesel was not included nor an oil change. I was given someone else’s paperwork as well. More

not sure what else there is to discuss. almost 3 hours for an oil change with an appointment. Would have been better off going to lube pros 3 minutes from my house. between that and my car not being detailed/ready after I bought it and went to pick it up has left a pretty sour taste in my mouth. Also reached out several times about adding performance parts. Never got a response. Spoke to someone on saturday in person. Was informed you guys don't do what I'm looking for but you have a 3rd party that does. Still waiting for a response. My sales rep was awesome but after that it hasn't been good. Bad timing too since I'm in the market for a new suv come february.
