U sent me email about needing 30,000 and I was sure it was done at 32000 the last time it was in there. Now I came in with 38000 I asked the service person to check she came and said yes and she said tran was done at 32000 the last time it was in there. When I got the bill it said I approved the 50000 service which I did not!!! Then a piece from my consul was missing. She did order me a replacement. Never understand why it was gone?? Now what are you going to sell me at 50000. I'm just no old guy I've been working on my own since I was 16 I was doing service at the gas station when I was 14.I still have old tractors that of my own. Poor customer relations on perspective new customer ? I asked what the best price seeing I have a back problem and the 2 hr ride and they said they couldn't tell me only in person !!
