There was so much positive energy from the start. However, I would say the best part was walking in to the lobby and finding that Bobby already had everything prepared and ready for me. I've never had such an ease purchasing a car as I did with Bobby and his team. I know when people receive a letter an the mail offering auto options with "ease", they expect it to be anything but. Well I can definitely say this was everything one could wish for when purchasing a car. I will be recommending Bobby and his team to any one I know looking to purchase a vehicle. More

The customer friendly service has deteriorated since Bill passed away. No more doughnuts for early morning customers, an appointment needed for an oil change and a representative trying to sell me a $40 batt passed away.
